Veronika Krause is a senior real estate consultant specializing in luxury residential and large-scale international development projects, with experience spanning both developer and brokerage environments.
The professional focus centers on off-plan sales and premium mixed-use destinations for international buyers. More than 2.5 years were spent at Luštica Bay, Montenegro, one of the largest mixed-use resort developments on the Adriatic, developed by Orascom Development Holding. Extensive work with international clients and investors has covered the Adriatic region, DACH markets, the UK, the CIS, and Western Europe. Earlier experience includes advisory work at Berlin Sotheby’s International Realty, supporting luxury resale, off-plan, and development projects.
A strong developer-side understanding of pricing logic, project structuring, and sales strategy is complemented by a solid background in communication and marketing.
